Somatic Release Breathwork · Persian tea blends & ceremonies · a global movement — with Sepideh Eivazi
Breathe with me — in for four, hold for four, out for six. There is nothing to do but arrive.
Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body's electrical network — and engages your innate ability to heal, sweeping out the defenses, blockages, and pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.
I hold space for you to connect with your nervous system through the breath. Then I pour tea — the wisdom of herbs my grandmother first taught me, blended as Dawn of the Earth — so the calm comes home with you. Somatic sensation is our birthright. It's how we are born into the world.
Ancient breath. Modern rules.

Begin a conversationBetting on yourself means celebrating the parts of you that you once kept quiet. The breath is the bridge of mind, body, and soul — an equalizer for the culturally aware and the emotionally connected, and the way I create new possibilities beyond confining limits.

Breath as art — activations that shift the energy of a room.
“Human beings are members of a whole, created from one essence.” Saadi of Shiraz
Born and raised in Iran, I learned tea before I learned almost anything else. My grandmother poured it for strangers and taught me the wisdom and magic of herbs. In our culture tea is connection, generosity, and acceptance — a welcome before a word is spoken. This is the side I once kept quiet. Now it is the soul of everything I make: the wisdom of Hafez and Saadi, poured one glass at a time.

The tea comes from the earth, so we give back to it. With every order you place we plant trees — in the U.S. and in regions around the world — and we stand with the farmers who grow what we pour. Your seed-paper packaging grows, too.
